Looking for a place to stay in Tainan? Check Hamuya's availability here

Hello everyone! I’m Kokoty, one of the staff members at Hamuya!

Following Hamu-san’s post, it’s time for the evening edition(笑)

It’s been pretty rainy in Tainan lately, so we’ve been having lots of gloomy, cloudy days……

But about three or four days ago, the sun finally started showing its face again ☀️!!

Plus, some friends from Japan came to visit me, so I’ve been having more and more fun exploring Tainan lately!! (^▽^)/

Anyway, putting that aside……

Starting this week, HamuyaNews is back again! 💁‍♀️🎶

And I’m kicking things off this time—Kokoty!

From now on, our new staff member, Pingteng, will be joining us too, and together we’ll be bringing you the latest news from Hamuya, as well as all kinds of fun information about Tainan ☺︎

We hope you’ll stick with us until the very end~~! 🍃

Today’s Announcement

So, what’s today’s announcement?

Today, we’re talking about the payment methods available at Hamuya!

Once you’ve decided where to stay, one thing you might unexpectedly start wondering about is

“How do I pay for my accommodation?”

At Hamuya, we sometimes get questions about payment methods when guests check in, such as:

“Can I pay by credit card?”
“Do I have to pay in cash?”

When you’re traveling, the last thing you want is to arrive at your accommodation and realize,

“Oh no……they don’t accept this payment method!”

To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking the available payment methods in advance◎

Payment Methods Available at Hamuya

At Hamu House, we accept the following payment methods!

・Cash

・Credit cards(American Express is not accepted)

・Apple Pay

・LINE Pay

・paypay

・TWQR: JiekouPay, Taiwan Pay, and more……👇

As you can see, we offer a variety of payment methods besides cash, so please feel free to use whichever works best for you♪

Today’s Weather

Today’s forecast is a high of 32°C, a low of 25°C, with a 35% chance of rain.

It’s still pretty hot around lunchtime, but I feel like the evenings have become just a little more comfortable lately!!!

Photo of the Day 📸

Even though I said “photo,” there are actually two……(lol)

These are photos from when I went to Hanazono Night Market with my friends!

We tried Mahjong Bingo, a game you often see at Taiwanese night markets~!

The rules are super simple! You just choose 15 mahjong tiles and place them according to the pictures on the board. It’s a fun and easy game that anyone can enjoy!

If you get Bingo even once, you can win one of the stuffed toys displayed in front of you. But……it’s actually pretty difficult!

My friend managed to get Bingo on their very first try this time, though. That was seriously impressive 😮

So, if you ever spot Mahjong Bingo at a night market in Taiwan, definitely give it a try!!!

Alright everyone! Stay safe today too~~!!

So, feeling like coming to Tainan now? Haha.

If you haven't decided where to stay yet, check Hamuya's availability and rates!
