Speaking of staff, someone who wrote a book about Taiwanese night markets came to visit us the other day. lol
He was actually one of the people who helped out a lot when Hamuya was first getting started.
He calls himself “someone whose life was ruined by Hamu-san,” but I prefer to interpret it as Hamu-san helping a Tokyo University student who was already slightly off track find his way onto the right path. 😂
One of the things that makes Hamuya special is that it’s always a work in progress. We want everyone to help shape and build it together.
That’s why we’d love to keep creating Hamuya with all kinds of young people, and we’re always looking for new people to join us!
Right now, we’re looking for someone who can come and work with us from March 2027.
We’re really sorry to everyone who has applied recently, but the timing hasn’t quite worked out for us. 😭
