My Favorite Instant Noodles in Taiwan

Hi, everyone! It’s Takky here!
I tend to eat cup noodles after a night out or when I’m feeling a little hungry, and today I’d like to introduce my absolute favorite cup noodle.
來一客—it’s delicious
My favorite Taiwanese cup noodles are Lai Yi Ke’s Seafood Flavor.

There are other flavors, too. The kimchi flavor is pretty good, but I absolutely love this seafood flavor, so I hardly ever eat the other ones.

Inside are bags containing noodles, seasoning, and ingredients, as well as a bag of oil.

The ingredients are fairly large. They include shrimp, naruto, wakame, green leaves, and something that looks like a carrot.

To prepare, add all the seasonings first, then pour in 320 ml of hot water, cover, and let it sit for 3 minutes.

Waiting for instant ramen is so much fun!!!!!!!
Tasting
The ingredients, rehydrated in hot water, are spread out all over the dish and look really delicious.

One of the things I like about this ramen is that the noodles are chewy and it tastes great.

Since it’s a small cup noodle, the noodles are gone in seconds.

So, on to Round 2. Here come the rice balls. By the way, these rice balls have salt on the nori, and they’re really delicious.

“Plop!” Have a good trip!

Taiwanese rice balls are packed with big chunks of filling.

I finished everything in the blink of an eye. I’ve had way too many carbs and too much salt. This is probably going to cause a blood sugar spike.

Summary
In this post, I introduced “Lai Yi Ke.” Taiwan has many other cup noodles that you can only find here! If you ever visit Taiwan, be sure to try finding your favorite cup noodles!
Well then, everyone, stay safe today!
