Hamu Bar finally opens??

Hello everyone!! It’s Takky here.
The Shochu that were only four last time have increased massively…
That’s because the bar service (beta) we’ve been preparing for is finally starting!!

Location

This is a trial operation, so the location is the first floor of our guesthouse, Hamuya.
A small bar counter has appeared at the reception.
This is for pickup only, so you can relax and enjoy your drinks in the living room.

Menu

Our main lineup includes beer, whiskey, and Japanese shochu.
Enjoy them on the rocks, neat, or as highballs—your choice!!
More options are likely coming soon—stay tuned!!

Currently, only the front four varieties shown in the image are available.

We’re also preparing coffee shochu, which you occasionally see in Japanese bars!!
I tried a taste, and it had a nice coffee aroma and was delicious.

We are evolving

It’s still uncertain when we can fully launch the bar, but we’re making steady progress and I’m really excited.
Personally, I’m scheming about how interesting it might be to make fruit liqueurs using Taiwanese fruits.
